Congratulations on the Clem! Did you get the step thru model? It rides
like a Cadillac.

The B67 is wide and sprung; the B17 is less wide and not sprung. The B68
(hard to find, but you can get used) is like the B67 but not sprung; the
Flyer is like the B17 but sprung. The Flyer/B17 drops off on the sides,
while the B68/B67 are flatter.

Do you want sprung or not sprung? So do you want wider or not quite as
wide? I'm not familiar with the SQ Lab, so cannot contrast that to the
Brooks saddles mentioned here.

I used to ride on B17, Flyer and Selle Anatomica (both cut out and not) and
found all perfectly fine and was happy with all these for years. I did
like the Flyer best on my Appaloosa to help cushion the bumpy roads here,
with the Selle Anatomica on my Homer my next favorite. Then, I tired a B67
and B68. These wider models are better (perfect) for *my *sits bones, so I
now have B68s on my Homer and Platy and a B67 on a Handsome She-Devil
short-chain-stay errand/lock up bike. It is amazing how the springs even
out the ride, without noticing any bounce, but the long wheelbase of your
Clem might be doing that enough for you already.

I think if you get your preference (sprung or not), and correct width
(wider nor less wide), you'd be happy with any of the above. Perhaps you
can find the width of the SQ Lab saddle to help you decide on the saddle
width needed; then you just need your preference.
