[RBW] Re: Rambouillet & Romulus. A visual comparison.
Small world, I'm around the corner from the coffee shop in Highland Park. The Garfield water tower only last week became obscured by foliage from my front porch view to the right. I start many a ride with Stanton Avenue, over the heights, to Lawrenceville and onward. My orange Rambouillet is very familiar with having to be relaxed in climbing gear around here. In Stanton Heights, so every ride ends with a climb! Both bikes are rapid-rise, so in theory the springs and cables are at their most restful setting. Not only are these two in their smallest gear but also in the appropriate cranks 90° to the seat tube, drive side high, suggestive of being ready to put it to the pedals and climb!
