This was Mojo's old bike he used on the Big Fix Ride, so you can say it has good mojo :-) I probably put about 8,000 miles on it commuting the last two years. I think the Quickbeam is a little overbuilt for me at 136 lbs. While the ride is very comfortable, it doesn't beg to be pedaled harder. I notice it when I commute on my Landshark, which always feels like there is tailwind. I might be interested if you would be willing to get this boxed and ship to the East Coast. Bikeflights estimates $60 shipping for a road bike. A few questions about the build: - Age / condition of the various components - Crank length and BCD - Is the 18 tooth cog fixed or free? I should be able to use any brand freewheel on the free side, right? - Which Phil hubs are those? - What brakes, bar, stem? Looks like a nice bike. I have been running my Sam Hillborne as a psuedo-Quickbeam using an Eno hub. I'm curious to try the real thing.
