I have no idea what this was originally a prototype for. I tried to get 
some info from Riv but there is no serial number on it. Geometry and tire 
clearance make me think that it is in Hilsen / Rambouillet territory. The 
bell is aged with nothing but the passing of time, i'm excited for the 
Rivelo bottle to age similarly. The gold anodized Paul stuff is a 
surprisingly nice color match to the aged copper look.

Wow!  Bet that could even make your old look speedometer look great.  Any 
way to retrofit?

Do you know what it was a protovelo of?  Hilson? The lugwork looks too 
fancy to be an early Hillborne unless that is where they started.  Just 
curious.

• Rivendell/Nitto lugged stem - modified for bell mount / brake cable 
routing
• NJS Nitto Jaguar seatpost
• Green Brooks Ti B17 saddle
• Nitto / Jitensha handlebars
• Gold anodized Paul Racers, Canti-Levers, Moon Unit hangers 
• Paul Rasta skewers
• White industries hubs laced to Mavic SUP T217 rims
• Grand Bois Cypres tires
• Modified Nitto Campee rear rack 
• Campagnolo Victory cranks & downtime shifters
• Sachs New Success Front & Rear Derailleurs
• Olive Swift Jr. Ranger Panniers

It's probably going to be time for a repaint after this season - the 
winters are rough in Rhode Island.
I'm thinking maybe light baby-blue or dark brown with a red head tube.
It's going to be very tough to say goodbye to this two-tone green.
