Higher BB (less drop) pushes the top tube up a cm or so. Not a big deal, but Rivs already have a pretty high TT, so that extra cm makes it feel kinda' tight. Yup. I've straddled a 62, which should be my size. There was no clearance. It might work, but a 60 would feel better. I got a 60, based on the tires I intended to (and do) ride. There's not a ton of clearance to bone when I straddle the bike. I have an 85cm saddle height and a big fist of seatpost.
