Did you check https://analogcycles.com/ ? I purchase one there earlier this 
summer. You might want to shoot them an email if you don't see it on their 
website.

Johnny, these* Genetic quill stem adapters *are exactly the same shape as 
the original VO adapters, meaning the top portion is 50mm tall rather than 
40. The expander is steel rather than aluminum and the finish isn't "quite" 
as nice as the VO. I know this from owning all three variations !  If you 
ever needed a black finish, the Dimension one is the same item anodized. 

Nashbar/Performance have these and the flat rate shipping is a whopping 
$1.99.
