Higher BB (less drop) pushes the top tube up a cm or so.  Not a big
deal, but Rivs already have a pretty high TT, so that extra cm makes
it feel kinda' tight.  Especially if you put on some big-ish tires.

I overlooked the BB dropsome difference there compared to my Ram's geo.
1/2 centimeter of so.

It's not huge, but enough to make the bike feel bigger.  Not worse/better,
just different. As I used mine for trail riding a lot, the higher TT was not
a plus for me.

Yup.  I've straddled a 62, which should be my size.  There was no
clearance.  It might work, but a 60 would feel better.

I got a 60, based on the tires I intended to (and do) ride. There's
not a ton of clearance to bone when I straddle the bike. I have an
85cm saddle height and a big fist of seatpost.

There is a beautiful 62 QB for sale on the Minneapolis craigslist for
$1000. If it weren't too big for me I'd seriously consider it... that
being said posting the link here will get the fish jumping into the
boat if you aren't fast enough.

It WAS an orange QB but has been blasted with a gorgeous clear coat...
