It will depend on what generation Hilsen you have. The earliest production 
runs will not fit the rock n' road.

RnR on my 61cm late 2012 Atlantis w/  60cm Berthoud fenders had plenty of 
space in every direction.

How close was it? Thinking of throwing a set on my Atlantis, but fenders 
are a must (I'm also in portland)...

They fit my Oct 2013 AHH fine without fenders but with the SKSLong&lows did not 
have enough clearance for the knobs. I found the SKS Velo Cross 55 fenders 
would work though they certainly don't look as nice
