I really enjoy those. I found the tiny point and shoot that I haven't
touched for a couple years just to leave in the handlebar bag so I can
take some of my own.

[RBW] Re: cycling panda.

2011-01-16 Thread manueljohnacosta
Jim,
A basket in front is a lifesaver in dire times. Once you put it on you
won't regret it.

My father works construction part time and I'm usually the tool boy to
get things. Since Home Depot is only a few miles away from my house I
figured I could save some time and money if I just get the tools or
parts while biking. One word of caution don't try biking with
sheetrock in one hand...

At the beginning of last year I needed a basket for a quick run to do
some errands. The basket in the front was only suppose to be temporary
and the zip-ties where only suppose to be on for a day. It's now been
one year. I'll get to the black zip-ties soon enough...maybe next
year.

2011-01-16 Thread Way Rebb
Great photo set. You talked me into it too, I'm trying a basket.

I am on my 4th front bag (a little loafer this time) and although they
are all excellent well made bags they all come with their own
problems: can't mount lights to handle bar, can't use pockets due to
shifter cables, hands tangled in cords attached to brakes etc. Maybe
the little loafer (my favorite) inside a basket, that might work.
