First off... sorry to assume anything, but my spidey sense went off seeing this.
I met a man riding a BIG Homer today. He couldn't straddle the bike and didn't know anything about Rivendell or the fancy wheelset on the bike. He didn't mind my asking about the bike so my guess is it was stolen and changed hands a bit before he wound up with it. I checked bike index and there is one blue Homer that is listed stolen in SF.
