Selling my Rivendell A. Homer Hilsen frameset, so frame, fork, and headset. The frame is in outstanding shape as shown in the pictures. The stem and handlebars are not included in the price. It is the Toyo version so made in Japan. This is a catch and release as I bought it a few months ago from here or ibob. The size is 63cm. Good Evening Bunch, Life happens and I have to sell my Homer. I planned on keeping for a long time, but even cash at times is more important when there are higher priorities. I am selling frame, fork, and headset. The headset is FSA. It is English blue with a single top tube. It was semi custom when I got it. The seat tube is 65cm and I am measuring the top tube center to center at 23 inches or 58cm. The chain stay length is 49cm. So a little different than the standard MUSA Homer geometry. The frame is in excellent. I only can see or know if one little mark on the top tube that is barely noticeable and shown with pictures. The dropouts of course has marks from the QRs. Hey there! For sale is one A. Homer Hilsen - 59cm (made for 700c). I just recently picked this up from member "Fknel". Frank informed me that "It's from the first batch. It's a Waterford build with a Nobillette fork. I bought it from Douglas Brooks (DBRK)." Frank also noted that "It's painted french (Herse) blue. The bike has a few paint scratches but otherwise is great." Hey, it's a vicious circle on the Group! I sold my last AHH to Frank and missed it alot! So after a short while I was lusting after another AHH and made contact with Frank. ...So I was planning on having it repainted and setting it up like a Hunqapillar with with some Alabatross bars (or Moustache) and Big Apple tires. But the Hunq has been growing on me! And I just watched the Hunq video on the Riv site which pretty much sold me prompted this ad. So I think I'm going to sell this & buy one when I'm in the Bay Area in May. I paid $1000 plus shipping. I'll be asking $900 shipped via FedEx/UPS within the U.S. I only ask that PayPal is "Personal / Payment Owed" to avoid fees. Pick-up in Chicago and we'll arrange a nice price. New Homer Hilsens are now $2300. There's some minor chips in the paint, there are NO dings/dents. Shimano headset included. [RBW] FS: Rivendell A Homer Hilsen 61cm frameset NIB
Howdy RBW group, I've got a new in the box never built up A Homer Hilsen frameset 61cm that was bought for a 2009 project. It has only been out of the box once when I got it to check it over so never built, never had a part hung on it. My bike project budget has been slashed for now.and I'm looking to recoup some of my expense and hopefully pass on a deal that is good for both parties. So my AHH 61cm blue Toyo built frame is on the block. I'm looking to get $1600.00 out of it and I'll pick up shipping in the US lower 48. It will be shipped in the same box that Rivendell sent it to me in with the same packing and everything. They know how to box a bike so no worries about it making it intact to the next lucky owner. I have a few parts I ordered with it that I'd be willing to include (all new) that I'd be willing to include at a discount also. These include Silver badged brakes, silver bar end shifters, Nitto stem 100mm, Nitto Sobars and Nitto post. If you may be interested I can take it out of the box tomorrow and snap some photos and also of whatever parts you would be interested in along with the frame. I don't want to sell the parts separately until the frameset is sold. I can do Money Orders or Paypal if you pick up the fees on the transaction.
