Challenge Parigi-Roubaix are great but have a reputation for flatting
easily (I've been lucky so far, knock wood).
The measure 29-30mm on my relatively narrow Velocity Aerohead rims.

I agree.

I have the Challenge PR's on my bike now, but when they wear out, I'll go back 
to the Cerfs. Awesome tires in every way.

Both of these tires do great on gravel/dirt roads too - for what they are.
