Patrick, I had no troubles with 36mm Honjo fenders over Parigis.

I have those same Kojaks on my 60 cm Ram with VO Hammered fenders. Love 
these tires, but I have dreams of replacing them with Compass Stampede Pass 
700x32

Also, 35 mm (ie, too narrow) SKS's fit fine over 30 mm (actual) Parigi
Roubaix. Wider fenders would allow more clearance.
