Wow, Internally sprung trailing arms! It's a neat solution but the engineering involved is way beyond the average home workshop. Do you have access to a laser cutter? Grant, I think you have just opened yourself up for many many fabrication requests from our people. We have all been coveting access to a CNC/laser cuter for some time now. My suggestion, start with introductory prices. ;) Aaron Envious Freeman On Sunday, July 1, 2012 2:12:58 AM UTC-7, Grant Stonnell wrote: Hay Pete, yes just about the entire build has been cut on a CNC waterjet cutter from my own designs, including the suspension, the cool thing is that i can now make as many as i want with teh plans i have drawn. Have had a couple of guys interested in flat pack versions, one keen on wood, the other steel like mine :) On Friday, June 29, 2012 6:30:08 PM UTC+12, Grant Stonnell wrote: Hi guys, have just found you and i am part way through a build so i thought i would put a link up to me project for your comments Havea look at http://spudnik1970.blogspot.co.nz/ Any comments or ideas would be greatfully accepted. Pete wrote With the Valentine currently in bits and sans speed controller and the Marder gunless we're a bit short on actual fighting vehicles over here at the moment. Neil says - put the valentine back together again, make its marker work, find out what sans means and we can have a battle.
