Wow, Internally sprung trailing arms! It's a neat solution but the 
engineering involved is way beyond the average home workshop. Do you have 
access to a laser cutter?

Grant,
I think you have just opened yourself up for many many fabrication requests 
from our people. We have all been coveting access to a CNC/laser cuter for 
some time now.
My suggestion, start with introductory prices. ;)
