an E-100...is not the E-100 had a running chassis...and set to use a completed 
and alreadyworking Maus turret, why not an E-100 then? Its not like if we talk 
of an E-75 or the other still on paper...but maybe im wrong.

Why not? It exists as a prototype but it could be placed in series production 
tomorrow. It's not like trying to build an E-100 or anything else that never 
got near a pre-production prototype.

But it begs the question, if a fully tested and validated 
non-production vehicle that is currently offered for sale by it's 
developer, should such a vehicle be allowed in R/C Tank Combat?  I offer 
the very cool BAE Hagglunds CV90120-T as an example.
