Re: [TANKS] new asset for next battle
I want one :) Not sure the flailing would do much for IEDs and mines. I don't think the vehicle could flail with enough force. Still cool though. Re: [TANKS] torsion suspension units
how thick is the trailing arm? In a message dated 3/6/2014 10:59:33 P.M. On Thursday, March 6, 2014 6:49:42 PM UTC-7, Grant Stonnell wrote: Well looking at that for USD$25 the NZD$45 for this seems a good price You get the rack and pinion body, the stub axel, trailing arm and axel. The only thing we dont supply is the spring as you can select the strength by putting stronger die springs in for your use. With the standard spring in it the units will carry 18kg each, we can also make them larger or smaller depending on your requirements. The trailing arms and axels come as blanks but keyed so you can spin them to your requirements. If interested i do flatpack the main hull and turret bits fir my Abrams, only thing is you would then need to weld it all together. Both the suspension and body can be cut from what ever material U wish, my hull is 4mm mild steel and suspension is Aluminium. Let me know if U have any other questions.
