Caleb,

Long ago, I designed and sold an RC interface for brushed scooter motor 
controllers 
using a PIC microprocessor.  Unfortunately I no longer the have any boards 
or a PIC 
compiler/burner.

I will try to find my schematics and code to port to Arduino.

Thanks, Joe. While I'm currently illiterate when it comes to Arduino I've 
wanted to learn the basics for a while. This project may be kick in the pants 
to get me going. If anybody has any good resources that they know of for a 
beginner I'd love to hear about it!
