Dear Caleb, Yes, the Locust was "weaving and swerving and darting around three of the best battlers in the hobby like they weren't even there." Interesting fact. If you listen at the very end of your video, Frank said, John we both can't shoot so Will wins. Frank was totally out of ammo, I had 3 rounds left, but thought I was out. They had hung up in the feed tube. So in reality, two tanks with NO AMMO, forced the Locust to weave, and swerve and dart around until it wore itself out and threw a track.
