Doug,

We can use the fridge overnight.  One of the grandchildren is having a
party at the farm on 8/6.  They may leave some food in the fridge but 
we can either toss or put in the freezer.

I will bring paper products including plates, utensils, cups, napkins,
trash bags.  I can also bring condiments and/or buns and/or ice if we 
do not have other volunteers.

I will inquire if the old grill works.  If not, someone will need to bring 
a small propane grill.

Approximately 16 people can sleep-over at the farmhouse
including sleeping bags in the family room.

Easiest hotel access is at the Route 30 exit for I-81
at Chambersburg.  Hotels in Gettysburg are expensive and
may be booked.

We do not broadcast the location to respect privacy of the owners.

I can receive shipments the week of Aug 8-12 and can bring them to the
battle site on Saturday morning in my trailer. Send me a private message
for my address and tell me the carrier being used.

For those ‘flying in’, can we have a place to send the tanks “in a box”. Would 
some members who are close to the battle site volunteer their addresses? They 
don’t necessarily need to transport those tanks to the battlefield, and the 
tank owner can pick up the tank beforehand maybe?
