Mine are made to scale or usually on the smaller side as opposed to bigger.
 I adapt my wheels and such to fit regardless.

i think the width of the tracks on the tanks in here is based a lot  on 
building materials and the wheels (road wheels, drive and idler) that ride on  
them, but when it's possible, they make them to the proper scale
