[RE-wrenches] Generac Eco-Gen 6 kw
Hello Wrenches, I have a customer with a Generac EcoGen 6kw that starts and runs for about 30 seconds and then shuts down with high engine temp error. The engine is stone cold so it must be a temp sensor failure. Disconnecting the sensor or jumpering the two leads together makes no difference. Has anyone seen this issue? The engine runs real smooth until it shuts down. [RE-wrenches] Trace SW4024 not selling.
I have a past off-grid customer who has now connected to the grid and I installed a transfer switch to allow him to run off-grid or grid tied. We have ACIN 1 good and line tie light lit up.. It just refuses to sell. Are there any other settings that would impact selling beyond the max sell amps and sell voltage? I'm sure you did this, but did you set menu 9 (Inverter Setup) - Grid Usage to "SELL" ? Its a whole separate menu heading than "Battery Selling". That was always a bit of a pain to have to set it in 2 different menu headings.
