Yes there is a definite need for 1000vdc Combiner. it does not exist
without as you say custom work by BOS or others.

This was mentioned in past threads but I ended up building my own for a 1
mwh high voltage LFP system. All ul Components and fusing, but inspection
was not required.

Contact me off list no give you a de facto BOM of Items used.

Thanks Daniel, yes I was hopeful with SolarBOS, but they let me know they
are unable to do this right now. I may need to do a fully custom solution
but that's always iffy with inspectors. This really should be a product at
this point so I'm a bit surprised how difficult it is to find something.

Thanks!

Have not used them in some time, but used to a LOT and generally happy with
them.

Lead times were a bit long, in the 1-2 month range, but who knows what they are
now, last time I used them was pre-pandemic.

Subject: [RE-wrenches] 1000Vdc Combiner Block, Fusing

Good Morning Wrenches,

I am looking for suggestions on suppliers that work in the 1000Vdc UL listed
equipment space. Specifically, I'm trying to build a 1000Vdc rated combiner
(Combining 4 x 100A rated battery outputs up to 900Vdc) as well as add OCPD
(fuse or breaker) on the output going to the storage inverter. I'd love to
find a packaged UL listed combiner for this, but I've had no luck with that.
Any suggestions/supplier contacts are appreciated

Thanks!
