Re: [RE-wrenches] Mate3s error vs. event log

2024-04-02 Thread Kirk Herander via RE-wrenches
Hi,
Are you saying that this "charged parms met" message is actually coming
from the Flexnet? I do have a flexnet in this system. The event log states
the originating port to be "M", as from the Mate3s itself.

[RE-wrenches] Directory Placards

2024-04-02 Thread Vincent Jolissaint via RE-wrenches
Hi all,

I bought a 80w CO2 laser cutter engraver from Ebay a few years ago and have
been running it each evening as a nice side business. It was about $2000 to
purchase. Ise 2 layer laser engraving plastic from Johnson Plastic with 3M
double side tape pre-applied.

I found out later that I really need a high quality and high volume Fume
extractor, which is about another $2000. The stench of the plastic being
cut or burned is really disgusting and unhealthy.

There are many different models available but I understand the ones with
RUIDA controllers to be best. Mine has a 17" x 22" table. I can send links
to similar machines to anyone who asks.

I don't make much money doing it, but the biggest value is that we can make
any customer label the inspector asks for that night and have it the next
day.

If anyone is interested in another source for these labels by the piece,
feel free to reach out to my cell # (831) 331-1233 I charge about
$0.50/square inch which works out to $25 for a 7x7 directory
placard+shipping.
