The Power-One specs lists 160V to 530V as the MPPT working range. It's 
possible to set the per MPPT input as low as 120VDC. Power-One does not 
provide info for loss of efficiency if the high-temp DC in[put voltage 
drops below 160V.


Do you have any info on performance degradation between 120V and 160V?

Power One Inverters will easily string that low.  We have used quite a few
of these with no problem.  They are ungrounded on the DC side.

I think some Solectria inverters have a low number (115vdc). The Solectrias I 
have worked with had a max DC voltage of 400vdc though.
