Hey David,
Good to hear from you.
There is a local alternator shop in Essex Jct (VT of course) that has
rewound an old 12vdc Harris for a customer of mine several times. I don't
know the name, but hopefully they still exist and you can find them via a
search. Can't help you on the wheel. Good luck.

I"ve been running one of Jerry's delrin turbines for ten years straight. No
signs of wear at all. I've also replaced dozens of Harris turbines with APM
units. They are pretty sweet.
