Oh yeah, while trying out Meshmoon realized another reason - I've tried repeatedly to get the Tundra, Naali and Rocket clients to work in the past, and have never been able to do it. Just downloaded a fresh install of Rocket 2.5, and still no go. (This is on a Windows 7 machine, but in the past have also tried it on other computers running XP.) Maria, How do you start Meshmoon Rocket? From the desktop/star menu shortcut? Can you see how the console output looks like (hit F1)? Hmm yes, if the top menu says File its probably not started with the proper config. Rocket actually removes the File menu and replaces it with Session, so that tells already a lot. Additionally if all you see is black, I suspect you double clicked Tundra.exe from the install directory, this would load no UI plugins and you would be left looking at a black empty scene :) We provide Meshmoon Rocket desktop shortcut and Windows start menu items under Meshmoon Rocket. Try starting with those shortcuts. If you still see the same problem, as Ali suggested hit F1 to see the console. Copy paste all its contents and send it to my email jo...@adminotech.com. If you are using Rocket shortcuts and you have a black screen it might be a directx context creation problem from Ogre. However this would not explain why the top menu items are inconsistent of what you should be seeing in Rocket.
