You can limit bandwith usage with Squid, see the FAQ's of squid

I have 128 KB lease line connected with firewall (RHL 8), behind the
firewall there are SMTP server, WWW server and FTP server.
How can manage, so user can only download files from FTP server with
Max 64
KB/s, so I still have 64 KB for SMTP and WWW server.

Firewall (RHL 8.0, SQUID Installed)
FTP (AS/400)
SMTP (Lotus Domino R6)
WWW(Lotus Domino R6)

RHCE Exam, doing it now or wait. (Excuse for the HTML sendingearlier)

OK,
 
So here I am, a RHCE 8 exam coming up next week and the weekend after that RHCE 9 is 
in the stores.
Should I do it or wait for the RHCE 9 Exam.
 
Darn upgrades and darn HTML settings
