First we can do without the HTML, can't quite figure out why so many people on the list continue to use HTML in their mail. Try the vacation rpm which is available on many places. If you choose not use that just take a look at your procmailex manpage and you will see info on a simple filter for vacation. BE AWARE, setting up a vacation filter while you are subscribed to mail lists can be detrimental to your well being if not setup correctly. -- Ray Curtis mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.ccux.com ___ Redhat-list mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://listman.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list

There is a detailed example of how to do the equivalent of the the 'vacation' program. Search for 'vacation' BTW, you're more likely to get a friendly reception from this list if you turn off HTML text and set your line wrap to less than 80 characters. It may look pretty in Outlook Express when you send mails, but not often so nice in other readers' mail viewers. Plus, it wastes bandwidth and space for users who have to pay for both.
