Mozilla has a very good composer for building website. Try installing Mozilla 
1.0.x (get the stable version, if you're not testing, of course):

I've been quite happy with IBM's Homepage Builder.  I've since upgraded
my Linux license to Windows since my primary desktop changed, but
there's wasn't anything missing in the Linux version that I needed.
