The bug is fixed in 2.6.18 which I built. But not
(2.6.9-42.0.2.plus.c4) which is the latest standard centos/redhat
kernel that support reiserfs.

Would you please upgrade your kernel to the latest stable version.
I believe this bug is fixed there.

Once I have upgraded the Kernel do I need to.

1) Upgrade the support utilities
2) Re-do a reiserfsck on the partition?
