Freeze exception request for librsvg

Hi;

I'd like to commit the first two patches from
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=672725 fixing some
potential uninitialised/invalid data read/free, which might have
security implications when loading untrusted svg files.
