gnome-online-accounts: 2 new strings for bug 695355
I would like to commit the following patches to the gnome-3-8 branch: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695355 The bug is about teaching GOA to deal with mail servers using STARTTLS. I did not have access to such a setup before and hence could not test it before the freeze. However such servers are quite common and we need to support them in 3.8.
