Goals for the beta release.

Hi, 

As discussed in a thread last week, here is an overview of goals for the beta 
cycle:

As soon as all is green we can continue to the release candidate cycle. 

I will update the page as soon as I receive the info from the remaining 
projects.

In my opinion we should add having SSL/https support (Which thiago says we 
don't have at the moment)
