Hi everyone,

I'm delaying the tagging of KF 5.95 rc1 until:

- the regression in kirigami is fixed
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kirigami/-/merge_requests/548#note_462793

- the regression in kio (trash) is fixed
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/merge_requests/854

Please let me know if there are other blocker issues.
