GE lookout repeaters will built with PE modules. If you can find a
PE Highband manual, that should help you.

I just bought an old VHF GE Lookout Repeater from eBay. Any info related to

Which shows again something that has been true all along, as hams 
well know:   Spend your $$$ on the antenna.For UHF you are much 
better off if you are line of sight to the transmitter.   If not, 
consider cable or a dish.
