[Repeater-Builder] development of 820 MHz duplexer

hello, all
I have deigned a duplexer(Tx-811.1-819.2 MHz, Rx-856.1-864.2 MHz) .
It is giving 70 dB isolaton, 14 dB return loss and 1.0 dB insertion loss.
I have made this in 35 mm cavity. This is band reject notch type duplexer.
will it work at 50 watts (intermitent) and 25 watts(continuous) regularly?
please give me feedback.

the capacitor is ceramic type.
  can you please give me the construction detail of this type of duplexer.

please advise me how i tune the duplexr of Tx (811.1-819.2MHz) Rx (856.1-864.2

problem in achieving 1 dB insertin loss and 70 dB iisolation on low and high 
side.
I am using 1 PF capacitor on high side .

please suggest me how I design the duplexer and get 8 MHz broad notch. 
saparetion between Tx and Rx is 45 MHz.

please suggest how to calculate exact value of capacitors in VHF &  UHF 
duplexer for the tunning of duplexr at particular frequency.
  I do not the formula for calculating the value of capacitors.
  please suggest also how other factors affect the tunning of the duplexer.
