Spin the potentiometer under the board that mounts onto the output caps, this should get your voltage to accidentally go too high - turn it down before you do the reset or it will not go back on for more than just a blink. Jeff, With any O/V circuit all you need to do is lift off the lead that goes to the + output and insert a 12 volt lamp between that point and the + output. Now get yourself a variable power supply and connect it to the sense lead to the O/V module. You must not connect the sense lead to the existing P/S at this point Increase the voltage to the module until the lamp lights and you're done ! measure the "trip" voltage and make what ever adjustments that you think are necessary.
