[Repeater-Builder] CTCSS Decode Problems/Questions

2005-06-18 Thread Mark
I'm trying to use a TS-64 with a Motorola R100 and am having trouble
with decode. Connecting the TS-64 input to either a flat audio or
detector audio point does not seem to have enough volume to drive the
decoder reliably. The R100 levels are set correctly.

Is there some other place I should be tapping into? or is there an
external circuit I should construct to boost the input into the
decoder?

TIA,

Mark.

are you using pin # 10 of J3 ??use pin # 5 of J4, this
will
give plenty of detected flat audio.
