I have a 800 MHz heat sink that I am trying to install a VHF amp on. There 
are no holes that match up. The drilling is completely different and it 
requires milling out an area where the matching network goes. The 800 MHz 
heatsink is not what you want.

Actually it doesn't, most of the heat sinks are band specific unless you
want to drill and tap about 20 some 6-32 and 14 4-40 holes in the
aluminum to hold components down - I did it and it is a very tedious
project.
