Just had one on the bench last night, about 3 db hotter than anything else. I have no info, was told by the guy I got it from that tehre is a GaAsFET in there. I had this on a Mastr repeater, one cavity ahead of it, it ahead of duplexer, and at 50 watts into PD526 has zip desense.
