Hi Scott, This is a DB4032 duplexer, and there is plenty of information on the Repeater Builders web page about moving these up to 6M. I have one on my 6M repeater, and it works great. Though 2dB of insertion loss is a bit high. But what you lose in insertion loss you gain in size compared to a full-size 6M duplexer that looks like it's made out of chunks of a telephone pole. It uses many UHF connectors in its construction, and I have found that if they are not extremely tight it will make the duplexer microphonic.
