Hi Savy,

Specific to the TK-760g and TK-860g mobile only:

Buy the Kenwood KCT-19 option cable and install it per the
service manual (just plug it in properly). I stock them if you
can't find one local to you.

For the Kenwood TK-860g Radio

KCT-19 Pin 4 Receiver Audio Input
KCT-19 Pin 5 Transmit Audio Out
KCT-19 Pin 6 Ground
KCT-19 Pin 7 Switched +VDC
KCT-19 Pin 8 Transmitter PTT Out
KCT-19 Pin 11 COR
KCT-19 Pin 15 ON Air Detect

If you require the TK-860g CTCSS/DCS decode, remove the grey wire of
the KCT-19 CN4 (connector inside the radio) and jumper the wire to
the side of R103 that is connected to Pin 7 of IC9. See the TK-860g
Service Manuals for details on the part location(s).

In the Kenwood KPG-59D programming software, select the Edit, Optional
Features menu an set Data TX with QT/DQT=Yes.

I have the programming sheet for the TKR-750 and TKR-850 repeater
port but I can't attach it to this post so please Email me direct
and I'll send it to you... a freebie of course.

cheers,
skipp
