hello help please ive tried everthing
I got hit by lighting and it came in on phone line.it took out my
controller a acc rc-96.I had it hooked up via the squelch gate card
mod to a micor.(go in front of sq card for my signals with db 9 conn)
its now disconnected but im having problems with the squlch gate card
it self.it was working fine i cant find the problem with it and dont
have a spair to try.
the repeater works fine as long as i have it in pl decode mode
when i put it in carrier mode (change jummpers in sq card) the
repeater will key up and pass audio ok but when carrier and tone
dissapers i still have audio (discrimater noise) untill the xmit hang
time goes away. its not bieing muted .allso i have local audio all
the time noise out the speake and cant squlch it out i can turn the
volume down but wont squlch out or mute out ever. but local works
fine with card out pl or not using disable sw on station controll
card everthing works right no noise from speaker unless i un squlch
it. i have meters and a scope just point me in the right direction
i tried to check the transistors on the card but they all look ok
with meter may be i missing a signal or somthing on the input to the
card?
