Re: [Reportbug-maint] New major version of python-debianbts available
Done. I've just uploaded python-debianbts 2.0, which is based on simplesoap to experimental. Please test the hell out of it. If I don't hear any complaints within the next 2 weeks or so, I'll merge with master and upload to unstable. The git branch for experimental is: https://github.com/venthur/python-debianbts/tree/simplesoap If you find a bug and are willing to fix it as well, please use the above branch and provide a unittest that reproduces the bug. Thanks and cheers! So how would you as reportbug team like to test the new package? Would you rather have it in experimental or just as another branch in the github repository? Re: [Reportbug-maint] New major version of python-debianbts available
If you want, you can already run the unittests in reportbug: checkout the source code and run make tests (there are not that many accessing the bts, I'd be happy to expand them if you have any ideas how), else I would just play a bit with reportbug --debug On Thu, Aug 27, 2015 at 2:13 PM, Bastian Venthur vent...@debian.org wrote: Done.
