Additionally, the project is intended to provide businesses with a web location where they can log on to manage all of their business transactions with the City. Major development is being divided into multiple phases of successive increasing complexity, all beginning concurrently. They must pass a pre-employment drug screening and be able to obtain a security clearance. Industry experts acknowledge that an Oracle Applications DBA is very different from a regular Oracle database administrator and requires specialized skills in business administration and Oracle application server architectures.
