Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ month C2C contract

Rate: 60/hr all-inclusive





Role: SOA Architect



Skills:  

  a.. Skilled in SOA design patterns and enterprise integration design. 
  b.. Strong server side web services skills.  
  c.. RESTful is preferred but can make do with SOAP.  
  d.. Strong Spring and Hibernate skills. 
  e.. Knowledge in SOA Best Practices.


Summary: SOA-centric developer for enterprise data consolidation projects.  
Will be involved in a number of projects with  Solution and Enterprise 
Architects.


Experience:   Minimum of 2 years hands-on SOA development and design 
experience.  Background using Open Source is essential.

The candidate will be involved in the development and deployment of key C#.NET 
web security applications focused on the consolidation of security information. 
These applications will, at minimum, provide assistance to Verizon 
investigations, document Vendor Fraud cases and track ID requests for Physical 
Security. The focus of this position will be application conversion from 
Microsoft Visual Basic 6 to VB.NET. Proven experience of VB6 to VB.NET 
conversion is required. 
The candidate will require excellent VB6, VB.NET, C#.NET, HTML/XHTML/XML/XSLT, 
AJAX and JavaScript skills. Extensive SQL 2005 / 2008 database knowledge 
including TSQL, stored procedure, UDF’s, DTS, SSIS and SSRS is required. 
Experience with the MVC Design methodology and Team Foundation Server 2008 is a 
plus. 4 year degree or equivalent experience required.

Job Title: Sr. SQL Server/ SSIS/ SSRS Developer

Responsibilities will be to create a process to automatically export a daily
file our of the payroll system. Process must account for client's ability to
void and re-issue payrolls (eg needs  to keep track of data already sent).
The SQL Developer will be working with another in-house developer (or two)
to build a new application. This application will take feeds from different
payroll systems to produce the employer W2s and 1099 files and forms that
the company files to the different tax authorities (eg IRS) at the local,
state and federal level 

 

Must Have: 

-5+ years SQL Development

-Proficient in SQL Server 2008

-SSIS/SSRS or Crystal Reports

-T-SQL

 

Plus: 

-Microsoft Certifications

-Knowledge of payroll concepts

-Knowledge of .Net/C#
