*TITLE: Manaual & Selenium QA Lead*
*LOCATION: Norman, OK*
*DURATION: 6+ Months*

*Requisition Details:*

Looking for a Sr. Test Analyst at onsite US to handle Functional,
Regression, Selection automation Testing project in a dynamic working
environment. Should have worked in onsite offshore model with rich client
handling experience. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in
extended hours.

* Job Responsibilities:*

   -

   Define and maintain the Test strategy/plan, test scenarios, test scripts
   -

   Prepare maintain and distribute RTM, RAID log, different Testing metrics
   -

   Manage day to day project deliverables along with test team members at
   offshore and onsite
   -

   Review project testing artifacts prepared by team members
   -

   Experience working in Agile environment
   -

   Good experience in HP ALM/TFS/JIRA
   -

   Experience in automation testing with Selenium
   -

   Excellent communication skills for co-ordination with all the project
   stakeholders including business
   -

   Test project reporting to stakeholders
   -

   Industrial/Manufacturing Domain experience preferred.

   Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative within
   a challenging work environment
   -

   Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership skills
   -

   Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication &
   influencing skills
   -

   Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards
   -

   Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
