1.Avaya Contact Center specialist:-

Location: - Mountain view, California

Duration: 12- 36 months

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*

· Addition of new contact center agents

· Development of design templates for new call deployments
including but not limited to Avaya automatic call distribution
configurations, call flow templates, testing checklists etc

· Gather requirements from business teams who want to expand
current call center or build ne call centers

· Write call flow documentation based on these business requirements

· Document existing call flows. VDNs  (Virtual Directory Number)
Vectors, CMS (Call Management Server) reports etc.

· Create initial configuration of CMS for new deployments

· Proactively check system health and capacity

· Monitor stability and performance of systems

· Work alongside customer tech lead to deliver system
implementation and projects

· Support Avaya Voice portal, call recording systems and Workforce

2.Speech IVR Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Minimum 3 years of IVR development experience using Avaya Dialog
Designer and Nuance speech recognition.

· Experience in gathering IVR requirements and creating voice user
interface designs

· Experience in developing and tuning speech grammar

administration

· Knowledge about administration of Avaya VPMS


3.Verint Workforce management system admin

Location: - Mountain view, California

Duration: 12- 36 months

Involves technical work concerning detection of service interruptions and
quick restoration of service from a wide array of networks, infrastructure
and application failures around WFM. Expertise in using and improving
monitoring framework (alert console, alarms, NOC procedures); Familiar with
Verint Application infrastructure and WFM application life cycles,
procurement/changes/ upgrades/ backup/ restore;  Collaborates with
customers and internal peer groups, processes general incidents and service
requests diligently and efficiently; Develops and promotes a knowledgebase
of tips, tricks and playbooks.


4.Avaya NOC operation specialist:-

· Location: - Mountain view, California

· Duration: 12- 36 months

· No of Resources = 1

· Intense technical skills in Network operation center (NOC)
troubleshooting and problem resolution

· - Facilitation of hangouts during outages to task responders,
communicate with outages often on

· hourly basis, restore service, follow through RCA and postmortems
for service improvements

· - Collaborate real time with carriers, product vendors,
customers, and internal stakeholders to

· scope, prioritize and resolve problems and issues

· - Must have deep skills in technologies used in Contact Center:
Avaya, Call metrics reporting

· and call recording solutions and quick learner to embrace new
technologies

· - Certifications preferred

· - 10+ years’ experience, at least five in similar role in contact
center.

5.Voice Infrastructure specialist. :-

Job Description:

· Provide tier III steady state support for Avaya voice systems and
infrastructure.

· Experience with Avaya call center skills such as vectoring and
VDNs.

· Engineering Graduate with Good communication Skills

·  Avaya certified

·  Hands on experience on S87xx server Voice mail system.

· Hands on experience in supporting Avaya PBX hub and gateway
systems such as s8700 media servers, g700 and g450 media gateways with LSP
& ESS configuration.

· Good on creating of Extension, Trunks, Coverage path and Hunt
groups.

· Knowledge on MACD and basic Trouble shooting must in, VDN,VEC,
call Routing

· Hands on experience in backups, Upgrades of Hardware and
Firmware, integration with Non Avaya products
