Dear All, Oracle CRM and Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite resource need Memphis, TN 6-9 months contract, Pay: OPEN Scope of Work One Technical-Functional Consultant experienced with Oracle CRM and Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite applications. Consultant will work with Oracle technical staff and user groups to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle CRM. Duration: This position is for a six (6) to nine (9) month contract and the anticipated start date is immediately following selection of a candidate.
Requirements Job Skills/Experience Our knowledge, experience, and skill requirements are: 1. Results oriented professional with at least five full life cycle implementations 2. Must possess excellent Functional and Technical knowledge in following Oracle CRM modules 3. Expertise in Tele Service, iSupport, Advanced Scheduler, Dispatch Center, Field Service, Mobile Field Service, eMail Center, Knowledge Management with five (5) years of minimum experience 4. Experience in working with and understanding the TCA model for Public Sector Organizations in Service modules 5. General understanding of APIs. 6. Understand and analyze the Business Requirements and assist customers in mapping/gapping their business needs 7. Having excellent knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, OA Framework, and J2EE 8. Experience with GIS/GPS functionalities (Routing/Mapping) and Integrating Oracle Service modules with Enterprise GIS Application (ESRI or any other GIS) 9. Prepare relevant documents for Functional Design, Test Plans. Prepare Training, Process documents and conduct Trainings through out the implementation 10. Excellent knowledge in configuring the application as per the AIM methodology and documenting the processes including Class Room Pilots, User Acceptance Testing, and Trainings 11. Possess necessary expertise and knowledge to be able to advise customers on best practices according to industry standards, and how to put those best practices in place 12. Experience in working with government clients would be a plus 13. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various divisions and users 14.
