   - MS SQL experience
   - Experience Using SCOM to monitor Linux/Unix
   - 5 Years of Windows Server experience
   - Experience monitoring web sites with SCOm
   - PowerShell, VBScript
   - Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated
   - Works well within a team
